Return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so.
Conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- The product must be free of any damages, stains, or signs of wear.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
How to return:
1. Complete the return form included in your original package.
2. Send the item(s) back to us within the 14-day return period.
3. Please note that the return shipping costs are for your own account.
4. Once received, your return will be processed within 10 working days.
Shipping
- Processing time: Your order will be processed and packed within 1 to 3 working days.
- Shipping costs: Netherlands: € 6,95 (Free shipping on orders over € 100,00). Belgium: € 9,95 (Free shipping on orders over € 100,00)
Delivery time:
After dispatch, PostNL typically delivers within 1 working day in the Netherlands and 1-2 working days to Belgium.
Shipping Confirmation:
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your personal tracking link.
